Verifiable maritime credential: endorsements, certificates, maritime degree, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant maritime experience in your mentoring area
Professional-quality English — written and spoken
Active or recent professional engagement: worked in maritime within the last 3 years
LinkedIn profile corroborating your submitted CV and credentials
Short Loom video introduction (optional but recommended) — 3–5 minutes demonstrating your knowledge and communication style
