We maintain a high bar - that is what makes mentor credentials meaningful to mentees. All criteria below must be met for approval.
Verifiable maritime credential: endorsements, certificates, maritime degree, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant maritime experience in your mentoring area
Professional-quality English - written and spoken
Active or recent professional engagement: worked in maritime within the last 3 years
LinkedIn profile corroborating your submitted CV and credentials
Mandatory 20-minute live interview - we assess communication skills and expertise firsthand
